Yes to both. A membership includes unlimited child profiles, plus you can invite co-parents, grandparents, teachers, or therapists as Viewers, Loggers, or Editors — they don't need their own membership.

Yes. You can switch billing at any time from Settings → Membership.

Settings → Membership → Manage. You'll keep full access through the end of the paid period. After that your account becomes inactive but your data is preserved so you can reactivate anytime.

If you don't cancel before day 14, your chosen plan (monthly or annual) begins automatically at the price you selected. We'll never charge you before day 14.

You enter a short grace period (typically 3 days) with full access while you update your payment method. If the payment isn't resolved, your membership becomes inactive. Your child profiles, schedules, and saved information are always preserved.

If you cancel during your 14-day free trial you're never charged. After the trial, we don't offer prorated refunds mid-cycle — but reach out any time if something isn't working and we'll make it right.
