A 21-day guided program

Let's figure out what's making life harder than it needs to be.

Make Life Work is for moms who are carrying too much, forgetting too much, and quietly wondering why everyday life takes so much effort. Not another list of things to do — a way to make the things you already do easier.

The program runs in small groups, so joining starts with the waitlist. Add your name and I'll let you know when the next group opens.

Sound familiar?

This is for you if…

  • You know what you need to do, but you can't get yourself to start.
  • Everyday tasks feel harder than they should.
  • You're forgetting things constantly.
  • You're carrying far too much information around in your head.
  • Schedules, appointments, meals, housework and parenting have stopped fitting.
  • You're reacting all day instead of feeling intentional.
  • Planners, routines and productivity advice haven't stuck.
  • You have ADHD — or you're starting to wonder whether it's affecting everyday life.
  • Everything seems to have too many steps.
  • Time, starting, prioritising and following through are all hard.
  • You're tired of being handed MORE to do when you're already overwhelmed.

You're not failing at this. It's just harder than it needs to be.

What it is

One focused thing a day, for 21 days.

Make Life Work is a guided 21-day program designed to help overwhelmed and ADHD moms make small, realistic changes to everyday life. Each day introduces ONE tool, concept or strategy — nothing more.

The goal is not to overhaul your entire life in 21 days. The goal is to change a few of the things that are quietly costing you the most.

Across the 21 days, you'll:

  • Identify what's actually getting in the way
  • Understand why something isn't working
  • Reduce friction
  • Try practical strategies
  • Make strategies fit your own life
  • Spot what could get in the way
  • Adjust when something needs adjusting
  • Keep what works
  • Let go of what doesn't
  • Build systems that fit your actual brain and life
Who's behind it

Kelsey Carroll, Occupational Therapist + Mom of Two

Kelsey Carroll, occupational therapist and mom of two

I've spent more than 12 years as an occupational therapist. My work has always been about the same thing: working out what gets in the way of everyday life, and finding practical strategies that make everyday activities more manageable.

I was also diagnosed with ADHD myself at 37. I had managed for years — but as work, parenting, schedules, the house and the mental load of motherhood all got bigger, the challenges became much harder to miss.

That experience, alongside my OT background, is a big part of why Make Life Work exists.

The approach

This isn't another list of productivity hacks.

Make Life Work takes an evidence-informed approach. The strategies are grounded in established ways of supporting areas such as:

  • executive functioning
  • behaviour change
  • environmental modification
  • external supports
  • routines
  • task initiation
  • reducing cognitive load
  • reducing unnecessary friction
  • planning and organisation

Rather than telling you what you "should" do, Make Life Work helps you work out why something isn't working — and then choose a strategy that addresses that particular barrier.

What's included

What members get

21 Days of Guided Lessons

Group Support + Questions

A group where you can ask questions, share what you're trying, troubleshoot strategies and get support.

Today's Three

A way to intentionally choose up to three things that matter most today, instead of treating everything as equally urgent.

Somewhere to get things out of your head, and somewhere you can actually find them again.

Resource Library

Optional extra learning, resources and printable tools if you want to go deeper. Entirely optional — you never have to read everything to finish the program.

Join the waitlist

Make Life Work runs in small groups.

I'm introducing the program through small groups so I can actually be there for questions. Add your name and I'll let you know when the next opportunity opens.

Joining the waitlist doesn't create an account — it just means I can tell you when a group opens.
